best morning routine for success

24 hours is enough! I am sure you are aware of the most valuable asset you have. An asset that is impossible to recover, which we have in abundance but with a limit. Yes, I talk about time. Time is like a bank account of which we cannot have a summary, we do not know how much we have or how much we have left, but if the power to make the most of every second. Best morning routine for success is a routine of tomorrow, the great secret of successful people.

When I was young, I used to fight the alarm clock to give me a few more minutes to rest. I put up several alarms, to get up at the last one and get ready as quickly as possible. Inside me, I thought I had taken advantage of the time since if I had risen early it would have taken the same time to enroll me. I had no idea of the wrong definition of ‚Äútaking the time ” I had.

When I set out to change this situation and perform a routine in the mornings, I started with simple activities that gradually I have been reinforcing and personalizing to my liking. Today, I start my day in a different way, full of energy, which has helped me to be more productive and to fulfill my proposed objectives. This time I would like to share with you the benefits I gained from doing it and some ideas on how to get started.

Why a morning routine?

Every successful person knows that morning is the most important part of his or her day, which will depend on the performance of the next few hours. When you wake up, the energy you expend in insignificant morning decisions can affect your productivity for the rest of the day. Knowing what you will do the first 60 minutes allows you to have more control and avoid the mental fatigue that produces the uncertainty of not knowing where to start.

The idea is to find the pleasure to get up early and start the day with a positive mind. A morning routine will help you feel healthier, reduce anxiety, release stress, which will keep you more focused on your goals, and feel much better after seeing the results you are achieving.

Activities to include in your morning routine

The activities you include in your morning routine will depend on the goals you have and what you enjoy doing. You know you want to do it! However, perhaps, because of lack of time, you are postponing it. What better than starting the day doing one of your favorite pastimes, as to leave aside that bad mood that afflicts you in the mornings? Start by making a list of activities that you enjoy doing and accompany with this list of good habits that will help you exercise your mind and make it shine.

Rehydrating

After 8 hours without consuming any liquid, it is necessary to reactivate our digestive tract by rehydrating it for proper functioning and health. Water works like a fuel, activate your metabolism by taking two glasses of water on an empty stomach and get ready for a big day.

work out

Exercise your mind and exercise your body. Starting the day with a little workout routine will prepare you for the daily discharge of energy. Start with a gentle jog in the morning, which will clear your mind and connect you to your body. Little by little, you can add stretches or one that other exercises depending on your goals and the progress you are going to have.

An app that can help you get a clearer idea of small workout routines is 7 minutes workout, which features tutorials and a log to measure your progress.

Eat Well

A good breakfast will give you all the energy necessary to effectively carry out all your daily activities. Try to eat healthy and unprocessed foods.

Remember that this time is dedicated to your well-being, so make the most of your favorite breakfast and start the day with a smile on your face.

Read

One of the best ways to exercise your mind is by reading. Without considering the benefits of increasing your knowledge, it will also help you expand your reach to different realities, encourage your creativity and relax.

How many books have you deprived of reading for lack of time? By simply devoting 10 minutes a day to a light reading, you enrich your mind and you can apply each lesson learned in your day to day.

Write a diary

Getting the exact words to express your ideas will help you to get to know yourself a bit more and so download those mental blocks that prevent you from developing.

Take time to classify your ideas and identify with them, unloading from so many disordered thoughts will free you from the stress that complicates your day. You can also have a history of how your perception of life has evolved and how you have grown as a person.

Write your objectives

Having clear goals will keep you focused on the goal. It is not a constant reminder of what you want to achieve and become. Write them daily and direct your life towards them. You will see how day by day you will be getting closer.

Plan your days

It is terrifying to end the day and realize that nothing important has been accomplished. Realizes a list of activities to be done and sort them in order of priority. Divide your day into intervals of 30 to 60 minutes and schedule each task taking into account the movements to be more efficient.

A well-planned day will help you fulfill all your responsibilities. Do not forget to schedule a leisure time, as it is always good to let your mind rest and keep your balance.

Conclusion

Finally, add your favorite hobby, the idea is that you enjoy these activities and that the alarm clock becomes your best ally from now on. Remember that every second that passes is an opportunity to make changes in our lives.

I suggest you do not check your social networks until you have completed this great task. Lately, we are so dependent on the cell phone that we put aside our priorities for banalities in the network. Use the first hour of your day to disconnect and focus on you without interruption.

Accustoming the body to getting up early can become complicated for some, but the well-being that it brings really makes up for the effort. Customize your own morning routine and discover for yourself the benefits of having a more productive day. If you have already started one, I invite you to share it in the comments.
