24 hours is enough! I am sure you are aware of the most valuable asset you have. An asset that is impossible to recover, which we have in abundance but with a limit. Yes, I talk about time. Time is like a bank account of which we cannot have a summary, we do not know how much we have or how much we have left, but if the power to make the most of every second. Best morning routine for success is a routine of tomorrow, the great secret of successful people.
When I was young, I used to fight the alarm clock to give me a few more minutes to rest. I put up several alarms, to get up at the last one and get ready as quickly as possible. Inside me, I thought I had taken advantage of the time since if I had risen early it would have taken the same time to enroll me. I had no idea of the wrong definition of “taking the time ” I had.
When I set out to change this situation and perform a routine in the mornings, I started with simple activities that gradually I have been reinforcing and personalizing to my liking. Today, I start my day in a different way, full of energy, which has helped me to be more productive and to fulfill my proposed objectives. This time I would like to share with you the benefits I gained from doing it and some ideas on how to get started.
Why a morning routine?
Every successful person knows that morning is the most important part of his or her day, which will depend on the performance of the next few hours. When you wake up, the energy you expend in insignificant morning decisions can affect your productivity for the rest of the day. Knowing what you will do the first 60 minutes allows you to have more control and avoid the mental fatigue that produces the uncertainty of not knowing where to start.
The idea is to find the pleasure to get up early and start the day with a positive mind. A morning routine will help you feel healthier, reduce anxiety, release stress, which will keep you more focused on your goals, and feel much better after seeing the results you are achieving.

Plan your days
